What is the current turnaround time?

The turnaround time for every order is up to 2 Weeks* 

*Typically 14 days.

If you need an order in a hurry for a special occasion, please contact me using the contact box below or email me here to discuss it, I am happy to expedite orders when I can.

Please always speak to me to arrange it beforehand or I may not see the note on the order.

How long should it take to receive my order once despatched?

All orders take up to 2 weeks to be made before they are dispatched.

After dispatch:

For the UK the delivery time is typically within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

For Europe the delivery time is typically within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

For the rest of the world, delivery time is typically within 5-7 working days after dispatch.

Please note that International orders can take anywhere from 2 -3 weeks to arrive due to delays in customs. Unfortunately we have no control over the delays. Customers are responsible for paying any custom charges that may be incurred.

Why are the custom signs showing as out of stock?

I take custom orders in slots due to high demand. When they are showing as out of stock, it means that the slots are temporarily closed.

I send out an email as soon as they are available. Click HERE to sign up to the mailing list and be notified when they re-open.

If I have just sent an email and they are still showing as out of stock, please refresh your browser and clear cache / cookies as sometimes devices don’t update automatically.

How can I display my sign?

Most people hang them up on small nails or display them on peg rails. You could prop them up on a shelf, a photo frame or even use command hooks (but not the mini-ones).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

We ship anywhere in the world, just go through to the checkout and there will be an option there for you.

Do you offer custom shapes or ampersands (&)?

I don’t currently offer custom shapes or ampersands however I am continuously working on new designs and adding to my collections.

Can I have a hyphen in a custom sign?

Yes you can, just include it in the text box. It doesn’t count as an extra letter so you won’t be charged extra for it.

What’s the difference between an ‘add-on’ heart and an ‘attached’ heart?

The ‘add-on’ heart is an individual un-attached heart. It is an add-on because if you order it with another sign, you get it for half it’s usual price.

The ‘attached heart’ is attached on to the end of any word in your order. You can choose which word to attach the heart to when you add it to your basket.

When will ‘x’ colour be back in stock?

If a colour is it out stock, it will typically be down to an issue with our supplier & will become available as soon as we are able to get some.

If you are unsure or would like to ask us about a specific colour, please send a message using the form below.

I am a stockist. Do you sell wholesale?

We’re currently not offering  wholesale to any stockists however this is subject to change, so please check back in future or feel free to send a message using the form below.

I need help with my order.

If there is an issue with your order or something you’re unsure of, please contact me via email here or by using the contact form below & I will do my best to resolve it.

What are the recommended last order dates for Christmas?

In order to try to get orders out in time for Christmas with the turnaround time, the recommended last order dates will be: 

UK – 7th December
Europe – 28th November
Rest of the world – 15th November

Please be aware we are still experiencing delays with International orders so delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Why does my ‘hey’ look like a ‘hoy’?

If your ‘hey’ looks more like a ‘hoy’, you are looking at it upside down.

Rotate it 180 degrees & it should look correct.

If you’re still unsure, don’t hesitate to send me a message.

My wire is poking out the ends, what should I do?

Unfortunately this can happen while your package is in transit or if it’s being handled often.

All you have to do is slide the cotton back over the ends [from the middle outwards] to cover them back up again. Once this is done & the piece is displayed it shouldn’t be an issue. After a while the cotton will settle into place & it’s much less likely to happen.

Are the signs suitable for my child?

heykiddostudio signs are not toys & should never be handled by children. They are for display only.

We do our best to round the edges of the wire & to make the signs as sturdy as possible however if a child were to pull the sign it would affect the form of the lettering & could ruin your sign. [Best to not let them open the package]

I’m not happy with my sign, what can I do?

If you’re in any way unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can communicate with you to resolve any issues.

Please do not try to manipulate the sign in any way, we can only accept returns of items in their original condition.
