Each heykiddostudio sign is handmade – the turnaround time is now up to 10 working days.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
NOT A TOY
Heykiddostudio signs are not toys and should never be handled by children. They should be kept up high out of reach of children at all times.
*If upon arrival your wire is sticking out of it’s cord, please gently slide the cord from the middle out to cover the ends of the wire – making sure the cord is evenly distributed along the length of the sign.
*If any small threads pop out at the ends of the sign you may snip them carefully ensuring you are only snipping the loose thread. Thereafter the sign should be displayed and not handled too often to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
* The sign should not be forced or bent in any way – due care is required.
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* too much pressure is applied to the wire.
* they are not handled with care
* they are placed with sharp objects or rough materials (such as velcro) that may catch the threads on the cotton yarn.
I always love creating new products from scratch.
Custom orders can be bought via the custom listing in the shop.
I can choose not to produce any custom order that I deem either not suitable to be made for aesthetic reasons, if I think it is unsuitable for the brand or offensive in any way.

heykiddostudio is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card company or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
